Crew assembles the unit, supervises the licensed electrician, and runs full thermal commissioning.

DIY kits
Off-road-system properties often DIY. We ship pre-cut kits with hardware, instructions, and phone support during assembly. Most barrel saunas go up in a weekend with two people.

Helical Screw Piles (Engineered Anchor)
Permafrost soils shift seasonally as the active layer thaws. Standard concrete pads will crack or tilt. Helical steel screw piles are driven deep past the permafrost active layer (typically 8–12 feet) to anchor the structure securely.
